WORKSHOP ON POCSO ACT

A workshop for creating awareness on the POCSO Act, was held for the educators of SAM INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, on 22nd July 23 in school SAManvay Hall.

WORKSHOP ON TEACHERS AS FACILITATORS

The workshop on TEACHERS AS FACILITATORS, certified by National Skill Development Cooperation, was organised by SAM INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, DWARKA on 30th June , 2023.

INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY

Yoga is believed to be a holistic tool that benefits students with a healthy body and mind. This is a combination of spiritual, physical, emotional and mental practices. Sam International School celebrated International Yoga Day in school premises with full fervour and zest on 21st June 23. Even drizzling and unfavourable weather couldn’t stop students and parents to join the session. It really served as a platform to raise awareness about the numerous benefits of Yoga and promote its holistic approach.

DRUG AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE AWARENESS RALLY

A Drug and Substance Abuse Awareness rally was organized in the school neighborhood on 11th April, 2023 by the students of class VIII- XII. The rally was flagged off by the Respected School Principal, Ms. Karuna Verma at 8.40 am and then the group of students carrying different placards displaying some powerful messages on 'Stop Drug and Substance Abuse' moved out in the neighborhood.

PAINTING COMPETITION

Excessive consumption of alcohol, painkillers and prohibited drugs can lead to poor physical health, impaired mental ability and also destroy the social fabric. To spread awareness about ‘Drug and Substance Abuse’ SAM International School organised a poster making competition on 10th April 2023, for classes VIII to XII in SAManvay hall. The students came up with some amazing illustrations. The competition brought out their creative expression and triggered their thought process towards narcotics issue.
